About the Role
Job Duties
Support the Sales Expansion Team (SET) with marketing strategies and sales enablement activities
Develop sales toolkits, including brochures, promotional materials, and digital content
Plan and coordinate sales events, trade marketing activities, and product briefings
Manage inventory and replenishment of marketing and sales materials
Track and report A&P budget utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing plans
Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to support business expansion
Execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Marketing
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or related field
1- 2 years’ working experience in Marketing, preferably in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Nutraceutical industries
Proficient in MS Office; Canva proficiency is a plus
Excellent communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
Willing to travel occasionally as required
